Tonight’s concert at the International Akaroa Music Festival<br />
promises to be one of the festival highlights. Some of New<br />
Zealand’s finest Baroque musicians present a ‘Water Music’<br />
programme of works by Handel, Vivaldi, Bach and Telemann,<br />
7pm at the Gaiety Hall. Tomorrow night the festival orchestra<br />
play music by C.P.E. Bach, Schumann, Monteverdi and<br />
Mozart, 7pm at the Gaiety Hall. Spend a delightful summer<br />
Friday evening with Italian flautist Luca Manghi and German<br />
bassoonist Leni Maeckle performing Vivaldi’s La note<br />
