Digital reindeer invade Marshland park
A MARSHLAND park
will be transformed into a
winter wonderland where a
misbehaving yeti has trapped
Santa’s reindeer in an ice
world.
The city council is sponsoring
a Magical Park app experience
at Ouruhia Reserve on Chenery
Ave off Marshland Rd.
Children will help free the
reindeer captured by a yeti in a
snowy ice world and show them
the way to Santa’s sleigh, as
well as retrieve presents that
have been thrown around by
a bad elf.
The game, which uses a
mobile device and the Magical
Park app, allows children to
experience the park through

To qualify for the prestigious
award, each boy had to
undertake at least 45 hours
community service, plan
and undertake a three-day
expedition, attend a week-long
leadership training course, as
well as qualify for several other
badges in the company over a
six-year period.
