We have recently partnered with award<br />
winning Pinks Elixir, who source fair trade<br />
and organic coffee beans from all over<br />
the world to blend and roast here locally.<br />

ride, or anytime, we have plenty of bike<br />

to do with biking. Let’s get to know Joe<br />
and his team.<br />

Q: How long have you been involved<br />
in cycling?<br />
A: My cycling history is quite<br />
diverse as well as a family affair. My<br />
biking background is mostly around<br />
road cycling and my wife, kids and I<br />
enjoy recreational riding together. My<br />
wife, Emma is an Ironman triathlete<br />
and has toured on her bike in Russia,<br />
Cuba and Norway.<br />
Q: Do your staff enjoy the same level<br />
of involvement?<br />
A: Our shop mechanic David is an off<br />
road specialist, Cyclocross mountain<br />
biking and brevet riding keeps him<br />
occupied when he is not at work. He’s<br />
actually just completed the 3000 km<br />
Tour of Aotearoa in March.<br />
