When We Leave<br />
When we leave, We can’t take anything with us,<br />
But we can leave so much behind,<br />
We can leave so much in hearts and minds.<br />
We can leave behind things that people can treasure,<br />
We can leave behind lessons that no value can measure,<br />
We can leave behind memories that will remind of the pleasures.<br />
We can leave a foundation that people can build on,<br />
We can leave an example to help people stay strong,<br />
We can leave a community that people will lean on.<br />
When we go, we can leave traces of where we went,<br />
And leave marks on Hearts and in Lives.<br />
