some abstracts are read by one teacher and the students have to guess the novel<br />

they are taken from. Students push the button to answer and can get 3 points if the<br />

answer is correct.<br />

JUST ASK <strong>THE</strong>M :<br />

students are given a list of 4 questions (on a sheet) from where to choose 2 questions<br />

they must ask the other team. 5 second time, a point for each correct answer.<br />

I KNOW SO MUCH:<br />

nearly one minute time is given to this game. Students will receive a list of 5<br />

questions (on a sheet) and they have to answer. They use the whiteboard. 1 point<br />

for each correct answer.<br />

TRUE OR FALSE:<br />

Students are given a sentence (read by a teacher) and must say if the sentence is true<br />

or false. They have to correct the false sentences. There are 10 T/F sentences. 5<br />

second time. One point for each correct answer.<br />

<strong>THE</strong> MILLION-DOLLAR QUESTION:<br />

that's a fill-in-the-gap game. Students have nearly one minute time to complete a<br />

phrase taken from the novels, with ONE word. One point for each correct word.<br />

Students use the whiteboard.<br />

WHO IS IT?:<br />

Students have toguess the characters by listening to their description. 3 points for<br />

each character recognized. They push the button to answer.<br />

WHERE IS IT?<br />

Students have to guess the place by listening to its description. 3 points for each spot<br />

recognized. They push the button to answer.<br />

<strong>THE</strong> TEAM WITH <strong>THE</strong> HIGHEST SCORE WINS.<br />

The quiz is arbitrated by two judges whose decisions are final (irrevocable).<br />
