Method<br />

• Season well the legs and Dip them into flour.<br />

• Sear them them in a non-stick pan with olive<br />

oil and crushed garlic for 5 to 8 minutes.<br />

hot with a Aioli sauce or simply home made<br />

mayonnaise.<br />
