and, despite feeling full, we eagerly eyed the<br />

pudding selection.<br />

There’s plenty here – Cranberry & Pear<br />

Frangipane Tart, Apple & Blackberry Crumble,<br />

but we opted for the sharing board of Trio of<br />

Chocolate on the special menu.<br />

I also have to commend the very friendly and<br />

attentive staff. No glass was empty for long, nor<br />

empty dish undisposed of.<br />

After a few glasses of wine we made our way back<br />

upstairs to the bedroom and although it was a<br />

chilly night, we decided to brave it and enjoyed<br />

the sound of the lapping waves through an open<br />

window. It made the perfect atmosphere to drift of<br />

to sleep, and I felt utterly relaxed.<br />

Overall our stay was extremely wonderful, from the<br />

atmosphere to the food and décor of the Brudenell<br />

it was definitely a place we would be more than<br />

happy to visit again”.<br />
