Registration for Fun, Fair, Positive Soccer<br />
(FFPS) is open for boys and girls ages 4 to 18<br />
for the SPRING Season. Games start on April<br />
7, <strong>2018</strong>. FFPS is a non-profit youth soccer program<br />
dedicated to providing a positive youth<br />
sports experience for all children. Founded<br />
in 1986 in Katy, Texas, FFPS has grown to 22<br />
leagues and 16,000 players throughout the<br />
Greater Houston area. FFPS offers children a<br />
fun and fair experience, including one practice<br />
per week, a full uniform and trophy for every<br />
player, equal playing time and play every position,<br />
co-ed/balanced teams, positive coaching<br />
and more. No tryouts are required.<br />

fee includes a full uniform (jersey, shorts and<br />
socks), trophy, trained positive coaches, nice<br />
fields and background checks on all volunteers.<br />
Coaches will call players to schedule practice<br />
by April 3 rd . Practice times and location will<br />
be determined by the coach and team. <strong>The</strong><br />
schedule includes eight games, played locally<br />
on Saturdays, April 7 th to May 26 th . Our Katy<br />
league plays at George Bush Park - FFPS Soccer<br />
Complex (20150 Westheimer Parkway). Our<br />
Fulshear League plays at Huggins Elementary<br />
(No. 1 Huggins Dr). Our West Houston League<br />
plays at Westside High School (14201 Briar<br />
Forest). Our Westpark/Beltway League plays<br />
at Quillian Center (10570 Westpark Dr). Our<br />
Spring Branch/Memorial League plays at St.<br />
Andrew Lutheran Church (1353 Witte Rd).<br />
WEST HOUSTON RUGBY CLUB<br />
West Houston Rugby Club offers excellent<br />
opportunities for players of all ages from<br />
minis to adults to participate in one of America’s<br />
fastest growing sports. Our coaches are<br />
fully accredited with USA Rugby and include<br />
former European premiership players. We are<br />
a not for profit club with a mission to provide<br />
outstanding club management, a fun social<br />
environment and the feeling of a rugby family.<br />

KATY AREA RUNNING CLUB<br />
<strong>The</strong> Katy Area Running Club is a 501(c)3<br />
non-profit corporation which exists to serve<br />
people living in and around Katy, Texas who<br />
have an interest in running. We are a community<br />
of people of all ages, backgrounds,<br />
heritages and abilities who share a common<br />
interest - running! Our focus is on group runs,<br />
having fun, socializing and sharing our knowledge<br />
and experience with our members and<br />
the public. We welcome all who are interested<br />
in joining us. We have a full calendar of runs,<br />
events and socials. We hold group runs every<br />
Saturday morning at the Sergeant Hatch<br />
Sports Park off the south I-10 feeder road just<br />
east of Barker Cypress Rd. On Tuesdays (5 AM<br />
and 6:30 PM) we meet at the Cinco Ranch Junior<br />
High Track for speedwork and on Thursday<br />
(6:30 PM) we meet at Crosspoint Community<br />
Church for tempo runs of various distances and<br />

TENNIS ORGANIZATION<br />
FOR THE KATY AREA<br />
Katy Area Tennis (KAT) is the newest, non-profit<br />
tennis organization meeting the needs of<br />
all tennis players in the Katy area. Our goal is<br />
to provide a wide range of programming for<br />
tennis players as well as to promote the game<br />
in the Katy area. Registration is currently open<br />
for a variety of leagues, ladders and tournaments<br />
that include singles, doubles and mixed<br />
doubles for all ages and skill levels. For more<br />
