THE WORKSHOP
When the door opens to
this quaint little workshop
on the hill side
of Bradford on Avon
and the lights switch
on you are instantly hit
with the smell of wood
chips.
The stripped back appearance
and exposed
walls go to show its all
business in here.
All of the tools the
guys need are left here
and there scattered
about the place, each
machine is maneuverable
so that space
can easily be created.
Once the shutters on
the windows drop, light
spills in.
Showing a beautiful
view (that the guys
admitted to being very
used to now)
Before the work started
the music was selected.
A collection of American
90s hiphop and
rock and roll soon
spilled out across the
quaint vally as Sam
set to work on the days
tasks.

“I prefer to work with
music ya know but when
I’m just doing a board I
know exactly what I’m
doing and I’m in the zone
it’s just a rhythm, but if
its something new then I
can’t have the
distraction. When it’s me
and Feddy, it’s a lot of
80s 90s hiphop I reckon,
gangstar big L all of that
but when I’m on my own,
it’s surfy skate rock,
ocean ally and sticky
fingers ect...”
