Ramble through the Preamble!<br />
The preamble of a constitution sets forth the goals and purposes<br />
to be served by the government.<br />
The Preamble to the Constitution of the United States expresses<br />
the reasons the constitution was written. In other words, it<br />
expresses the purposes of the U.S. government.<br />
