EAT SMALLER PORTIONS
Large meals can bring bloating on,
and that will force your digestive system to
have to work harder than it should. Choose
more frequent, smaller meals and eat your
food slowly to stop from gulping air as you
are wolfing your food down. All the oxygen
all can help you feel fuller.
TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR SKIN
Take good care of your skin by using
a soft brush before your shower or bath
to dry brush your skin. This gentle exfoliation
will boost circulation and also help
to promote new cell growth. When Epsom
salt is added to your bath it can help to
cleanse you both inside and out given that
your skin absorbs minerals such as magnesium
to help get things moving inside of
your color.
GET PLENTY OF QUALITY SLEEP
It is key to get enough sleep in order
to maintain good health. Keep your bedroom
free of screens, quiet, dark and cool.
Stick with a regular bedtime which enables
you to get seven hours of sleep every night
at least. Getting enough rest will help to
reduce inflammation and stress to allow
your body to function at its best.
