2018
After a Winter of prolonged
cold weather, Summer is now
just around the corner and we
have much to look forward to
at Bath Artists’ Studios over the
forthcoming season.
As always, we have our
comprehensive programme of
regular practical classes. During
the holidays, these will be
augmented by Summer schools
and ‘camps’ for young people and
a whole weekend focussing on
life drawing. In the Roper Gallery
we once again welcome Fresh
Art during Fringe Arts Bath, and
exhibitions by BAS Studio Holder
Beverley Ferguson and our current
Artist in Residence, Alice Card-Hall.
This season we will also be
repeating our exchange project
with Town Hall Arts in Trowbridge,
our new Website will be going live
and we will be launching our new
network of friends and associates,
Assembly!

NEW WEBSITE FOR BAS
At the time of writing, development
of a new BAS website is well
underway. Our address will remain
the same (www.bathartistsstudios.
co.uk) however we will be
introducing features to make the
site easier and more attractive
to use. In particular, the site will
incorporate a new interactive
calendar linking to our classes,
exhibitions and events. Look out
for the new site going live in April-
May!
EXCHANGE WITH TOWN HALL
ARTS, TROWBRIDGE
Following a successful pilot project
last Summer, Town Hall Arts in
Trowbridge and Bath Artists’
Studios are collaborating once
again to host artists from each
other’s communities. Designed to
respond to the unique qualities of
our respective organisations, our
aim is to develop relationships and
partnerships within our immediate
region.
