C: SAP SuccessFactors Analytics Solutions<br />

SAP SuccessFactors offers Workforce Analytics as a purpose-built analytics application for line of business HR. WFA combines BI capabilities and predefined content.<br />

The largest distinction here is that WFA is not a reporting tool; it is a module just like Learning or Employee Central and it requires an implementation to load it with<br />

the appropriate data. For content, at its core it is comprised of metrics packs, which are groupings of metrics for various HR and talent management functional areas,<br />

including Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning and Compensation.<br />

There are approximately 15 metrics packs per region. Each metrics pack requires its own configuration and implementation starting with the Core Workforce and<br />

Mobility foundational metrics pack based on data from your core HR system of record. An implementation project is required (minimum 100 business days for the<br />

foundational Core Workforce and Mobility metrics pack, and subsequently on average about 6-8 weeks per additional metrics pack.)<br />
