Authentic handmade nougatine filled with ganache or fresh cream and coated in fine milk or intense dark chocolate,<br />
the “Irrésistibles” are a sophisticated combination of taste and texture – exquisite moments of exceptional flavour.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Caprice and Tentation were created in 1958 for the World Exhibition in Brussels.<br />
Pierre de Gavre, grandson of Jean <strong>Neuhaus</strong> Jr, named these pralines<br />
after a quote by the French star actress Brigitte Bardot.<br />
<strong>The</strong>y are handmade of nougatine filled with vanilla fresh cream and enrobed with<br />
dark chocolate, or filled with coffee ganache and enrobed with milk chocolate.<br />
