Contrary to popular belief, pork<br />

has a low fat and calorie content, while<br />

it is extremely nourishing, providing<br />

proteins, vitamins (B1, B6, B12) and<br />

minerals (iron, magnesium, potassium,<br />

zinc). It also contains Riboflavin, a<br />
