PEGASUS POST
IT APPEARS to be a lose-lose situation for residents putting
up with boy racer and rubbish issues as a result of how road
barriers are placed in the red zone area.
As city councillor Glenn Livingstone points out on our page 1
story today, the issue is a “trade off” between keeping people out
and giving access for the public to walk around.
But residents have had enough of noisy boyracers and the
mess that is left behind and need support from authorities on
possible solutions.
On a more positive note, the first outdoor gym in the eastern
suburbs has opened (page 4).
It is great to see the new facility in Burwood Park finally open
after several delays, and the best part is, it will cater for all ages.
Make sure you go try out all the new fitness equipment if you
are in the Burwood area.
