Colada<br />

Ready for summer…<br />

How about just a taste of the beachy lifestyle<br />

with a Classic Piña Colada. Fresh<br />

pineapple makes our Piña Colada<br />

extra tropical.<br />

Method<br />

1. Add rum, coconut milk, pineapple<br />

chunks and juice to a blender with ice.<br />

Blend until smooth.<br />

2. Pour into 2 glasses.<br />

Ingredients<br />

• 4 oz. spiced rum<br />

• 4 oz. coconut milk<br />

• 1/3 c. fresh pinapple chunks<br />

• splash pineapple juice<br />

• 1 c. ice<br />

• 2 maraschino cherries<br />

3. Garnish each glass with a pineapple<br />

chunk and a maraschino cherry.<br />

With a twist...<br />

Try replacing your rum with the same<br />

proportion of vodka. It can add a<br />

different taste and vibe to the cocktail,<br />

but it’s just as good as a frozen cocktail.<br />
