NO PRE-ENTRIES ACCEPTED PRIOR TO A POSTMARK DATE OF <strong>June</strong> 24, <strong>2018</strong>. ALL<br />
PRE-ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY August 25, <strong>2018</strong> –All entries post marked<br />
after August 25, <strong>2018</strong> will be charged Day of Trial prices.<br />
Entries must have clearly visible USPS postmark. No meter mail allowed. No DHL. UPS,<br />
telephone, email, faxed entries will be accepted. Overnight entries accepted only if<br />
signature is waived.<br />
Incomplete entry forms including registration numbers will NOT be accepted. Please<br />
make sure your entry form includes the dog’s call name and your e-mail address. Blank<br />
entry forms are available for download at www.asca.org.<br />
Awards:<br />
Buckles:<br />
Ribbons and/or Awards will be given for 1 st – 4 th place, Qualifying scores, HIT<br />
Ducks, HIT Sheep, HIT Cattle, HIT Overall, HIT Champion of Record, HIT Open<br />
Junior and HIT Working Junior Handler.<br />
Buckles and Rosettes will be given for HC WTCH, HC Non-WTCH (only<br />
qualifying scores earned from the Advanced Division will apply), HC Open<br />
(only qualifying scores earned from the Open Division will apply), Most<br />
Promising Started (only qualifying scores earned from the Started Division<br />
will apply).<br />

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of entries must be in writing and postmarked or<br />
emailed no later than August 25, <strong>2018</strong> to receive a full refund. No refunds will be<br />
given after close of pre-entries unless; your run can be filled from the wait list. Entry<br />
Fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a<br />
veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Course<br />
Directors/Show Committee. If, because of riot, civil disturbances, or other acts<br />
beyond the control of management, it is impossible to open or complete the trial, no<br />
refund of entry fees will be made.<br />
