Finally, Finals!
the feeders, there is usually a dip in the stock pond for the dog and
then we head to the house. At the end of the day we are tired but
happy with the things we have accomplished. Settling in for the
evening we both are thinking: “We love this job.”
Some of us have it easy getting to Finals. Others have a little
more of a journey. The dedicated ASCA members that live outside
of the US have the longest and most difficult journey to get to Finals.
But in spite of that, we are fortunate to have several dog/handler
teams from outside of the USA at most Finals, and this past year
was no exception.
