EDITORIAL
The need to share is as old as mankind itself. We want to express ourselves,
express our desires and share ideas. We want to understand and be
understood. In our digital and fast-paced life, a real conversation – where you
chat and passionately share ideas and information – is even more important
and worthwhile. This is especially true in logistics, where customised, individual
solutions are required for each transport assignment.
Krone listens, thinks and looks ahead. The dialogue with forwarders and
logisticians to whom our products and services are part and parcel of their
daily work and processes, at all levels. How do we communicate with our customers?
Why is good service important? What has that got to do with having
a cup of coffee just at the right time? Find out the answers in the cover story
of this edition of trailerforum. Once again, the magazine showcases numerous
innovations from the world of Krone – such as the QR code on our trailer
name plates, which holds all the key information about the vehicle. We give
insight into our varied activities concerning digitisation and innovation, and
report on our goals.
The Krone Commercial Vehicle Group is a committed partner, reliably implementing
state-of-the-art mobility solutions for trailers. Working closely
with our customers and their specific requirements has always been – and will
continue to be – a key factor in our company’s success, because we work for
you, our dear readers, and for your success.
We hope you are really inspired by this edition and wish you an enjoyable read!
