Generally, the researcher was able to minimize
these limitations by paying considerable
attention to ensuring relevance and
accuracy of the data. The examination of
the limitations revealed the need to scrutinize
to the following areas in the future:
Agreement on standardized indicators
for measurement to be utilized by all
stakeholders;
Examination of agency systems and
procedures to reduce wastage of resources,
duplication of effort or gaps in
provisions;
Identification of factors that are preventing
and/or facilitating providers of
social services from delivering high
quality services to vulnerable and at
risk individuals and groups.
