Generally, the researcher was able to minimize<br />
these limitations by paying considerable<br />
attention to ensuring relevance and<br />
accuracy <strong>of</strong> the data. The examination <strong>of</strong><br />
the limitations revealed the need to scrutinize<br />
to the following areas in the future:<br />
Agreement on standardized indicators<br />
for measurement to be utilized by all<br />
stakeholders;<br />
Examination <strong>of</strong> agency systems and<br />
procedures to reduce wastage <strong>of</strong> resources,<br />
duplication <strong>of</strong> effort or gaps in<br />
provisions;<br />
Identification <strong>of</strong> factors that are preventing<br />
and/or facilitating providers <strong>of</strong><br />
social services from delivering high<br />
quality services to vulnerable and at<br />
risk individuals and groups.<br />
