“Here is the patience of the saints; here are they
that keep the commandments of God and the faith
of Jesus.” (Rev. 14:12)
In our study at this time we will reverse the
order, and say, Here are they that keep the faith of
Jesus and the commandments of God. Here is the
patience of the saints. The first experience
necessary in order to keep a thing is to get it. So
before we can keep the faith of Jesus we must get
it. Faith is the gift of God, and no one need say that
he cannot have it. “For I say through the grace
given unto me, to every man that is among you, not
to think of himself more highly than he ought to
