Growing up in Brooklyn and spending the summers and holidays at her grandparents’ boarding<br />
house, “The Beechwood House,” provided Lynn, Beechwood House originator and recipe master,<br />
with the best of both worlds.<br />
Family gatherings inevitably centered on the kitchen and her grandmother’s cooking. Watching her<br />
prepare elaborate meals from scratch inspired Lynn to follow in her footsteps.<br />
She began hosting family functions each summer and soon everyone looked forward to her<br />
barbecue cooking. Using a unique combination of quality ingredients, her homemade barbecue<br />
sauce became a trademark of her cooking.<br />
For over 40 years, her barbecue sauce has been a favorite with family, friends and strangers<br />
alike. In fact, many people ask for it throughout the year to use with all sorts of foods. As<br />
demand for her sauce has grown, she has decided to share it with the rest of the world!
