Berry Bear-y Pancake Recipe<br />
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes | Total time: 25 minutes<br />
Ingredients<br />
• 2 eggs<br />
• 5 tbsp sugar<br />
• 250ml milk<br />
• 1½ tbsp butter, melted<br />
• 500ml flour<br />
• 4 tsp baking powder<br />
• 1/3 tsp salt<br />
• Strawberries, blueberries and bananas<br />
• Whipped cream<br />
Instructions<br />
1. Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar.<br />
2. Add half of the milk and the melted butter<br />
to the egg mixture, and stir well.<br />
3. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and<br />
add to the egg mixture.<br />
4. Gradually stir in the remaining milk to form<br />
a smooth mixture. If all ingredients are well<br />
mixed then don’t stir anymore.<br />
5. Drop a spoonful of batter into a greased<br />
heavy-bottom frying pan. Make differentsized<br />
pancakes for the face, tummy and ears<br />
of your bear.<br />
6. Turn once the top is full of air bubbles (the<br />
bottom should be golden brown), and cook<br />
on the other side.<br />
7. Put all the sizes together in a bear shape<br />
and then decorate with fresh fruit and<br />
cream.<br />
8. Serve and enjoy!<br />
