Online Enrollment • Make your benefit elections via the Campus Connections website: http://campusconnectionlogin.nyumc.org/psoft You must enroll within 30 days of the date on your personalized worksheet! Return any required forms and documentation to Benefits to complete your enrollment!
Supplemental Retirement Plan 403(b) • Eligible employees can make voluntary tax deferred contributions as of their benefits eligibility date • You must monitor your contributions! • Maximum employee contributions (IRS* Rule): – $16,500 in 2009 if under age 50 – $22,000 if age 50 on/ or before 12/31/2009 Tax exemptions apply to Federal, State, and City taxes** *IRS annual limits include any amounts contributed to a 403(b) or 401(k ) made with another employer in 2009 ** New Jersey and Pennsylvania do not allow a tax exemption for 403(b) contributions; residents of these states must report these amounts when filing their state taxes
