Undergraduate certificate programs — Loan limits are based on the length <strong>of</strong> the program. For<br />

certificates that are less than an academic year, the $9,500 loan limits would be prorated by the<br />

clock hours in the program.<br />

The lifetime borrowing limit for graduate Doctor <strong>of</strong> Chiropractic students is $224,000 <strong>of</strong> which<br />

no more than $65,000 may be in subsidized loans<br />

A student whose parent cannot obtain a Parent Loan for Undergraduate Student (PLUS) loan is<br />

allowed to borrow additional unsubsidized federal Direct amounts. Student dependency status<br />

will be determined based on answers to questions on the FAFSA.<br />
