These are exclusive evenings where you can explore
wines that have been carefully selected with the
hotel’s chef to match a delicious dinner. Plus wine
tasting evenings with matching canapés.
Friday 24 August – French wine tasting with six
wines and matching canapés, 7pm, £18 per head.
Date to be confirmed, September – German wine
tasting with six wines and matching canapés,
£18 per head.
Thursday 25 October – Wine Pairing Dinner with
Spanish wines.
Thursday 13 December – Wine Pairing Dinner with
champagnes (black tie).
All wine pairing dinners are £45.00 per head.

One Day Tours
Fizz on Foot offers escorted walking and wine tasting tours
on the South Downs National Park with the focus on a
lovely nature trail walk, a lovely Sussex lunch and a full
“Vine to Wine”vineyard experience with four or five wine
tastings. You will visit one of the many award winning
English vineyards.
We also include a lively and humorous historical tour of
Alfriston, which is a beautiful Sussex village, where we start the
majority of our tours.
If you want to stay longer, we can offer great value hotel
accommodation for a two, three or four day tour.
Private Wine Tastings
If you or your company want to promote a totally new product
or service, including the opening of a new office, we can
arrange a private wine tasting or wine pairing dinner for your
clients and staff.
We ensure that it is a fun event for everyone. We can totally
host it for you, supplying the wine, tasting notes, canapés,
presentation and our staff to make sure it runs smoothly.
