Family Yoga<br />

Family Yoga is a fun, joyful and peaceful way to move<br />

meditative practice that includes postures, partner poses<br />

and group poses. Class concludes with relaxation and<br />

<strong>guide</strong>d imagery. Families of all abilities welcome!<br />
