“Pillars of the State,” a free exhibit produced
by Missouri State Archives, is open
at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16 before
a concert and from noon-4 p.m. during
an open house on Sunday, Aug. 26 at the
Tappmeyer Homestead, 2 Barnes West
Drive, Millennium Park in Creve Coeur.
The exhibit celebrates the construction of
Missouri’s state capitol. Groups of five
