Orlagh, who is celebrating her first year as a therapist at Action<br />
Physiotherapy where she has a built a reputation for energy and<br />
enthusiasm. She offers assessments, treatments and rehab for<br />
musculoskeletal injuries. In addition, Orlagh also offers sports and<br />
therapeutic massage for those in pain. She’s easy to talk to, friendly<br />
and with a lovely manner, so next time you have pain, you’ll know<br />
where to turn. Although with the rugby season upon us again,<br />
she’s going to be busy!<br />

Thank you from Bamboo Cottage<br />
Over the last few months, works at the Old Stratford roundabout<br />
have taken their toll on local businesses, including Bamboo Cottage.<br />
Residents from the villages have had to take long detours to pick up<br />
orders and the Bamboo Cottage has not been able to offer their normal<br />
level of delivery service. Despite this they have stayed open, cooked the<br />
same delicious food and welcomed customers. Tim and Kam want to<br />
thank local residents but we think thanks are also due to them!<br />

seekers enjoying Zumba at Old<br />
Stratford Community Hall for the<br />
past 8 years. Ana Everson, the<br />
Mexican born class leader helps her dedicated followers<br />
to enjoy the feel good factor that is a huge part of the<br />
sessions. The steps may be simple and best of all whatever<br />
your age, size or ability you will be welcomed and will<br />
leave with new friends.<br />

Inspired Locally<br />
This May, Zoe Raven, CEO of Acorn Early Years<br />
Foundation, was voted runner-up in <strong>2018</strong> NMT<br />
Nursery Top 10 Most Inspirational People. She<br />
was commended for her contributions to local<br />
nurseries and communities. The Acorn Early<br />
Years nurseries have grown from one nursery<br />
based in Castlethorpe in 1989 to 11 nurseries,<br />
forest schools and after-school clubs, as well<br />
as offering professional training. Their most<br />
recently opened nursery is based in Stony<br />
Stratford.<br />
