Global governance is a term difficult to define. In part, its
success in academic and policy discourse results precisely
from its capacity to embrace very different global phenomena
and institutions. The starting point of global governance
is a growing recognition that an increased number of issues
knowledge and developing new ideas, and serving as a
bridge between research and policy-making.
contact with scholars and researchers at the High-Level
Policy Seminars; and it offers executive and policy-orient-
