To determine the inside <strong>lighting</strong> levels. we need to know how<br />
much external light is available for use.<br />
Sky illuminance varies depending on latitude.<br />
This chart gives the percentage of time between 9:00am and<br />
5:00pm when light levels equal or exceed a required<br />
values.<br />
eg: Melbourne equals or exceeds 7,750 lux 90% of the time<br />
between 9am-5pm.<br />
Try finding the time percentage for Melbourne with 13,000<br />
lux.<br />
HINT: follow the BLUE line<br />
The value you get should be 80% of the time, between 9:00am- 5:00pm.
