We have around 120 product<br />

lines ranging from toilet<br />

cleaner to pumpkin seeds,<br />

loose-leaf tea to tooth brushes,<br />

chocolate to chia seeds. We<br />

source most of our products<br />

from Infinity Foods and other<br />

local companies. Our teas and<br />

coffees are direct trade and<br />

are from Sussex suppliers, our<br />

linseed comes from The Flax<br />

Farm in Sussex, and we have<br />

chocolate from two Sussex chocolatiers. Our<br />

ketchup and raspberry jams are made in small<br />

batches in Worthing and the jars are returned to<br />

be used again.<br />

We’ve yet to find a plastic-free supplier<br />

of pasta, so we’ve made a<br />

decision not to sell it at the<br />

moment. We can only buy<br />

it in five-kilo bags and you<br />

could buy that yourself. We<br />

buy wholesale in 25-kilo paper<br />

sacks and we’ll only buy items<br />

packaged in plastic if we can<br />

cut down significantly on<br />

packaging to the individual<br />

customers. We’ve asked our<br />

herb and spice supplier to send<br />

our orders packaged in paper only and we’ve<br />

created a contract to say that we’ll accept the risk<br />

if it’s damaged. We’re trying to change the supply<br />
