The burgers at <strong>eva</strong>,ALM are particularly tasty. Apart from regional<br />
ingredients, a tasty Vinschgerl – the original bread of the<br />
mountain people – makes the burgers so special. Thanks to its<br />
proximity to Tyrol and South Tyrol, the flat bread roll made from<br />
rye, wheat, sourdough and yeast feels at home in Saalbach as<br />
well and harmonising wonderfully with the Pinzgauer beef and<br />
avocado. Fondue, Almschmaus (alpine feast), Jausnbrettl (wooden<br />
plate with snacks), hot breads, potato goulash, apple strudel<br />
and even more delicacies can be found in the <strong>eva</strong>,ALM, from<br />
high noon until late in the evening. Enjoy your meal!<br />

The “after” is trickier at the <strong>eva</strong>,ALM.<br />
The “après”, however, is way easier.<br />
The <strong>eva</strong>,ALM is the designated meeting point<br />
after tours and trail-surfing experiences<br />
of the mountain bike community and,<br />
especially in the winter, the place to go for<br />
skiers. 5 o'clock tea or après-ski – just as you<br />
like it. Just a bit more stylish, fresher and heated<br />
all year round. Just #voilässig – pretty cool!<br />
