d) Human Resource and Remuneration Committee
The HR and Remuneration Committee should meet regularly, not less than four times per year, and at such other times as may be requested by the
Chairperson of the Committee. No executive officer should attend a portion of any meeting where such an executive’s performance or compensation is
discussed, unless specifically invited by the HR Committee.
Purpose of the Committee:
To approve Human Resource Management policies and monitor their implementation.
e) Planning and Resource Committee
The Planning and Resource Committee should meet regularly, not less than four times per year, and at such other time as may be requested by the
chairperson of the committee. The committee may invite to its meeting any council member, officer of the College or such person as it deems appropriate
to assist it in performing its responsibilities.
Purpose of the committee:
To assist the Council in its duties relating to the planning, management and maintenance of infrastructure and capital expenditure for infrastructure
expansion and diversification of programmes inclusive of ICT infrastructure and compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and policies.
