• We will implement cultural<br />

awareness training that builds<br />

an organisational culture that is<br />

respectful and supportive of all<br />

culturally and linguistically diverse<br />

people and our Indigenous peoples.<br />

• Our systems, policies, procedures<br />

and processes are set up to attract,<br />

better support and retain our diverse<br />

community.<br />

• We will implement inclusive<br />

language in our policies, procedures<br />

and orientation. We will include<br />

a statement of commitment to<br />

Equity and Inclusion in all job<br />

advertisements.<br />

• Our orientation process will<br />

identify working arrangements and<br />

requirements needed to support<br />

new employees and volunteers with<br />

disabilities.<br />

• Our interview panels will be<br />

reflective of our community and will<br />

ensure their representation in our<br />

focus areas.<br />

• We will ensure all roles are reviewed<br />

before advertising to assess if<br />

flexible arrangements can be<br />

accommodated.<br />

• We have appointed an Executive<br />

sponsor for each focus area.<br />

Culture<br />

We will support days of significance such as International<br />

Day against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia<br />

(IDAHOBiT), International Day of People with Disability<br />

(IDPwD), International Women’s Day, Harmony Day and<br />

National Sorry Day.<br />

• We will improve wayfinding through<br />

multilingual signage, better signage<br />

of information points and accessible<br />

maps at all sites.
