PORK<br />
Contrary to popular belief, pork has a low<br />
fat and calorie content, while it is extremely<br />
nourishing, providing proteins, vitamins<br />
(B1, B6, B12) and minerals (iron, magnesium,<br />
potassium, zinc). It also contains Riboflavin,<br />
a vitamin which helps the skin maintain its good<br />
tonus. A 100 gram pork dish provides half of the<br />
recommended daily protein intake for an adult.<br />
