Foundation Endowed Scholarships<br />
The Greater Cedar Rapids Housing &<br />
Building Association provide scholarships<br />
through the Kirkwood Community College<br />
Foundation. The scholarships are awarded to<br />
local high school students that are enrolled<br />
in Architectural Technology, Construction<br />
Management, Industrial Maintenance<br />
Technology & HVAC Technology, Carpentry,<br />
HVAC Installer, Plumbing Technology or<br />
Masonry Construction.<br />
In our effort of “Building Our Community,”<br />
the GCRHBA strives to make a substantial<br />
impact on students’ success in the classroom<br />
and beyond, and ensure we are doing<br />
our part to address the need for skilled<br />
employees, economic stimulus and retention<br />
of talent in the state.<br />
