Technique for creating Ombre
lips lies in your imagination and an
art of creation. The more creative
vision you have, the more beautiful
effect you will see on the lips. The
simplest form of Ombre lips is to use
the lighter shade on one lip and the
darker shade on the other lip and
blending them in an inner side of the
lips.
Lipstick and Lipliner
The other technique is playing
with Lipliner and Lipstick to get
those hot lips. The trick is using the
colours to line your lips with a lip
liner that is one shade darker than
your base lip shade. Keep the line
thicker on the corners to give it a
bold look and taper off as you move
to the curve of the lips. Then apply
the base lipstick to the lips leaving
the innermost area.
Use the lighter shade for round
innermost part & top off the clear
gloss to blend it all.
The reverse technique of the
above Ombre lip style (Use of darker
shade in the innermost part and leave
lighter shades for the outermost Part)
would give a different impact. The
best is with a pink innermost colour
and neutral outermost colour.
Oomph Effect
Blend of Vibrant colours of Red &
deep Brown or Black will absolutely
give you sexy looking red Ombre
lips. The Oomph effect on your lips
will make your appearance more
noticeable. Here, you need to trace
a line with black/brown colour on
the inner corners of the mouth.
Then trace over this line with a
deep coloured lipstick (might be the
darker shade of Red.) Finally, apply
a red lipstick all over your lips and
smudge it perfectly on your lips to
get that Oomph effect.
