Africa Sign, Digital & Printing Expo,<br />
Africa’s International Exhibition<br />
on signage, digital printing and<br />
the advertising Industry, was<br />
held November 21-23 at Kenyatta<br />
International Convention Centre,<br />
Nairobi.<br />
The event, which was organized by<br />
MEX Exhibitions, an international<br />
exhibition company with a strong<br />
presence of more than four decades<br />
in the advertising industry, over 20<br />
years in publishing and 16 years in<br />
exhibitions, featured an orderly widespace,<br />
with segmented opportunity<br />
in an already busy market to bring<br />
on new ideas, inventive solutions,<br />
intuitive flashes and technological<br />
upgrades.<br />
In the past, the company has organized<br />
several successful exhibitions across<br />
India, Dubai, Singapore and Thailand,<br />
and now in Africa.<br />

Delhi jewellery and gem fair:<br />
A grand affair<br />
The 7th edition of ‘Delhi Jewellery<br />
and Gem Fair’ held at Pragati Maidan,<br />
New Delhi, was a grand affair for<br />
many. Hosted by UBM India, it saw<br />
participation from prime jewellers,<br />
import and export merchants, and key<br />
players from the industry.<br />
With over 700 participating brands<br />
and a significant growth of 25% in<br />
participation, the event has expanded<br />
its horizon and succeeded in<br />
becoming one of the most celebrated<br />
jewellery and gemstone sourcing<br />
destinations, for both existing and<br />
upcoming jewellers.<br />
The three-day exhibition was supported<br />
by several eminent associations like<br />
the Bullion & Jewellers Association,<br />
Delhi Jewellers Association, Maliwara<br />
Jewellers Association and the Karol<br />
Bagh Jewellers Association.<br />
It proved to be an informative<br />
platform for jewellery wholesalers,<br />
retailers, importers and exporters,<br />
jewellery manufacturers, diamond,<br />
gemstone, pearl suppliers and<br />
traders, precious metal and jewellery<br />
mounting traders and suppliers,<br />
and representative from trade and<br />
governmental organisations, who met<br />
and established a fruitful network that<br />
would help them grow their business.<br />
Some of the names that exhibited<br />
their eclectic collections were<br />
Shilpi Jewels, Vikas Chain, Unique<br />
Chain, Riddhima Chain, Swarnshilp,<br />
Rohtak Chain, Heera Jewellers, Shri<br />
Balaji Gold, Royal Chain and Classic<br />
Solitaires, among others.<br />
