IT’S GREAT to see young people
succeeding and on page 4 today we have a
good example.
Thirteen-year-old Zoe Elmey is making
every post a winner with her burgeoning
gift card and baby product business, and
even has Jacinda Ardern as a fan. The prime minister has sent
her a message of thanks.
Zoe has always had a penchant for arts and crafts and like
others with sporting talent, for example, she has excelled at a
young age. The world is Zoe’s oyster when it comes to business, I
suspect. This venture will no doubt be a stepping stone to bigger
and bolder plans.
Not such good news for the delay in getting Tug Lyttelton
back on the water for tourists (page 3).
The port needs it.
