NIGHT FIRING
ACTIVITY
5 Feb 2019
The general public is to be advised that the
NZDF will be conducting live firing at the
West Melton Rifle Range during the night of
5 February, 2019.
The activity will involve soldiers, sailors and
airmen conducting live firing on the range
from 7pm to 11:30 pm.
The activity will involve up to 110 personnel
on the Joint Officer Induction Course.
A series of intermittent small arms firing
will be heard in the local area during the
times given.
