Year’s Perspective<br />
Okay I have one word to describe this course – challenging.<br />
Yes emotionally, physically, intellectually and financially challenging. I<br />
am where I am supposed to be because I am passionate about graphic<br />
design. However, for someone who hates it, it is a nightmare and a half.<br />
I remember the first 6 months of my first year were confusing and exciting<br />
at the same time. The deadlines and load of work was enough to<br />
drive anyone insane, and it did at one point and that was all good since I<br />
figured it was part of the journey.<br />
This is my inside story as a graphic design student.<br />
When I first saw my timetable I thought they made a mistake: 12 modules<br />
for the whole year from 8:00 am to 17:00 every Monday to Thursday<br />
and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on a Friday and that was besides the deadlines<br />
and lots of school work which spans theory and practicals.<br />
This course has taught a few life lessons I would like to tell anyone who<br />
wouldd want to study this course or any course in general and they are:<br />
• Surround yourself with great friends, you will need them.
