2018 Annual Report

Celebrating
This year, Houston BOMA created a brand
new Annual Awards of Excellence Program
to recognize the professional performance
of our members each year. With five new
award categories that recognize creativity,
innovation, communication, and the role
these key attributes play in the success
of an organization, Houston BOMA had
a chance to honor members who have
contributed to both our association and
their profession.
Executive Manager of the
Year: Janet Shipley
These outstanding members were
awarded at our sold-out 2018 Annual
Awards Extravaganza on December 7,
2018. Congratulations to these awesome
members on their achievements!
We can't forget our 2018 TOBY Winners.
1430 Enclave (owned by Piedmont-1430
Enclave Parkway L.P., and managed
by Chad Nusbaum, Piedmont Office
Management) and CityWestPlace (owned
by Parkway Properties Inc. and managed
by Chris Ball, Parkway) both took home
regional awards in April. Congratulations
to these properties and their management
teams on their success!
Last, but certainly not least, we'd like to
extend a huge thank you to our Board of
Directors, Committee Chairs, volunteers,
committees, sponsors, and of course, all of
our members for another amazing year.
