ARAPAHOE AT VILLAGE CENTER
LIGHT RAIL STATION SURFACE
PARKING LOT TO RE-OPEN
Plans for construction of a hotel on the east side of I-25,
adjacent to the Arapahoe Light Rail parking garage, where
the previous surface parking lot was located, will not occur at
this time. Given these circumstances, the Village will be
making improvements to the surface parking lot to ensure
user safety. Once improvements have been made, the parking
lot will reopen to the public sometime in late March, weather
permitting. The Village owns the 3.5 acres where the surface
parking lot is located. For more information, please call the
City Manager’s Office at 303-486-5745.
