February is generally the month where people start to slack on all the life-changing ideas and plans to which, at the end of 2018, they pledged their undying dedication. If that is you, don’t beat yourself up. Life is not a 100-meter race. It’s a marathon. The fact that you began the process—envisioning the various ways to improve your happiness, health, goals and overall value of your life—is already a great success. You are not alone in this! So instead of giving up, we are going to figure out a new game plan together.

where she was commissioned by the UN<br />
Women to create a play for the purpose<br />
of raising awareness to the increase<br />
in gender-based violence, sexual<br />
exploitation and assaults after<br />
natural disasters. This led her to<br />
the Turks & Caicos where she took<br />
the play to the stage and then back<br />
again for a requested encore.<br />
This Antiguan beauty has now started<br />
<strong>2019</strong> winning the Most Outstanding production<br />
at the Antigua and Barbuda National Secondary Schools Drama Festival and<br />
also walking away with the awards for outstanding script,<br />
directing and costume for her play “The Long Walk”.<br />
We are very excited to see what all she will<br />
do in <strong>2019</strong> with Sugar Apple Theatre, her<br />
newly formed adult theatre company, and her<br />
continued work as the founder of the Antigua’s<br />
High School’s Honey Bee Theatre.<br />
