Unique Collections to Delray Beach

The long flowing skirts and pastel dresses found only in
Italy by famous clothing designer Giacomo Cinque can also
exclusively be found at Antica Sartoria in Delray Beach.
Antica Sartoria is a unique boutique located in the heart of Delray
Beach. The colorful style of clothing found in the picturesque
town of Positano, Italy can be found in the local boutique.
Each year, Giacomo designs an entire new collection. Many of the
clothes are like a work of art and described as a Boho chic style and
casual beach chic for women of all ages. Growing more in the market
and distributing the product all over the world, Antica Sartoria
is successful thanks to the job of masterful craftsmen from different
countries, while preserving the spirit and the expression of the
original fashion of “Positanese.”
“This designer only makes so many of each piece. When you shop
here what you are looking at is original, and you can’t get them anywhere
else,” said owner Renee Schaefer. “To me, he is an artist. The
color, the detail and beadwork on his clothing is magnificent.”
The boutique carries a casual beachy style and Boho chic attire,
which you can wear from the beach to dinner on the Avenue.
Their affordable pricing and fashionable line sells quickly and they
change their merchandise every few weeks. Other top sellers are
their one-piece bathing suits, earrings, necklaces, scarves, beach
bags and hats. Antica Sartoria has everything from everyday wear
to beach chic to statement pieces. They are a boutique in style but
not in prices. Affordable is the goal with pricing ranging from $9.99
to a custom piece at $299.
“We don’t want to be a boutique where you see the same thing for
6 months. Our prices can fit everyone’s budget,” she said.
As soon as you walk through the doors of the Delray Beach boutique,
you will be greeted by friendly staff and stunning beach style
clothing. The “feel good” vibe continues with the bright colored accessories,
handmade sandals and clothing. The local store takes you all
the way to Italy complete with Italian music and décor. The store even
has a fun line of accessories, handbags, children’s clothing and more!
Owners Renee Schaefer, Curtis Sigretto, and Wayne Jenkins
wanted to bring the style of Italian clothing to the Avenue. This is
the fourth Antica Sartoria boutique in Florida and has been in operation
since last year. The other locations are in Downtown at the
Gardens at Palm Beach Gardens, Key West on Duval Street, and in
Naples at the Mercato.
Renee and her husband Curtis first discovered an Antica Sartoria
boutique when they visited Positano, Italy in 2016.
“We felt that the boutique had Florida written all over it,” said Renee.
The couple loved the store so much that they went to the showroom
and spoke with the designer, Giacomo Cinque, and his business
partner, Riccardo Ruggiti. Four months later, they opened the
first Antica Sartoria in the U.S. and have exclusive rights.
“Since we opened our first store, we haven’t stopped. It’s the
same store in Italy. We have Italian music, and the exact shopping
