PE NEWS
The U13s Lady Taverners Cricket Team.
We are happy to tell you of a recent
success on the indoor cricket pitch for our
U13s Lady Taverners Cricketers who came
a brilliant 2 nd place and are proudly
wearing their medals.
The U12’s Indoor Futsal Team competed in
the Nottingham School Games. Although they
did not win the tournament they did win the
spirit of the games award. This was for all their
enthusiasm, support and sportsmanship.
Congratulations are in order for
past student, Kole Lambert , who
has signed for Norwich City FC from
non-league side Basford United FC!
We send him all the very best!
Our year 7 mixed basketball team have been
training very hard since November in preparation for
our fixtures in the Junior NBA Basketball Tournament.
We achieved great success by beating Arnold Hill and
Red Hill earlier this year which is testament to their
continued efforts. This has allowed us to progress to
the play offs! Well done to all involved.
