A reminder SMS service has proven effective in the confirmation of<br />

appointments detailing preparation, accessibility & payment requirements.<br />

Crew Faced has been successful in booking majority of brides (99.8%) who<br />

completed wedding makeup trials. The two exceptions so far were due to<br />

budget, & declining a makeup application entirely.<br />
