The Founding Partners Jyoti Sagar is the Founder & Chairman of JSA. He founded JSA in New Delhi, in 1991. Berjis Desai started the Firm’s Mumbai office in 2003 and remained as the Managing Partner of the Firm till 2015. The retirement age of Partners at JSA is 65, both Jyoti and Berjis chose to retire a few years earlier. The partnership structured its management and administrative duties such that it is led by an executive committee and two joint managing partners.
